WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE ISCN 2025 CONFERENCE?

The ISCN Conference will be held from May 23-25, 2025. The Exhibitor Expo will be open all 3 days.

Current Move in times are Thursday 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Current Move out times are Sunday 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

WHAT TYPE OF PROFESSIONALS ATTEND THE ISCN CONFERENCE?

Scholars who typically attend our ISCN include: MD, DC, DO, PT, DPT, LAc, ATCs, RN, NP, OT, strength coaches, and personal trainers.

IS WIFI PROVIDED IN THE EXHIBIT HALL?

No, wifi is only available for attendee’s. This is monitored by room/location. If you are on wifi, you will be booted off by the Marriott. We suggest you contact Encore at

Access to view the live conference.*You will NOT receive CE for ISCN if you are viewing as an exhibitor. If you would like CE for the conference you can purchase a ticket to the conference. Interactive gamification is hosted to drive foot traffic to your space! All registered and paid Exhibitors are eligible to participate.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION DEADLINE AND FEE?

No, we do not offer a cancellation option. Disclaimer: ISCN makes every effort to provide quality services to all of our clients, however, there may be circumstances beyond our control where we must determine what is best for the company as a whole. Please note that the ISCN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

CAN I ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

Exhibitors can preview the conference. You will not receive credit hours. If you would like CE for ISCN please email events@carrickinstitute.com

CAN I ATTEND THE GALA?

Exhibitor Gala Tickets are $175 per person.

The hotel uses FedEx for shipping. You can also contact GES to see if they have holding options as well. More information will be provided as we get closer to the event.

Used as a reference guide for conference attendees, this publication will go with them everywhere during the entire ISCN conference.
